Jessica Bridge

Born in Nottingham, Jessica is a 25 year old actor and singer. She graduated from her final year of training on the BA (Acting) course at The University of Northampton, School of the Arts in 2017.

Jessica recently worked with Bafta award winning actress, Molly Windsor in the music video 'Wake Up'.

Whilst training Jessica finished her run as Susan in 'Vinegar Tom' directed by Emily Jenkins at the Royal and Derngate, Northampton.

In 2016 became the female understudy in the UK premier of 'Peter and the Starcatcher' directed by Luke Sheppard, which was performed at The Royal and Derngate, Northampton. In 2016 she worked again with Royal and Derngate, where she worked with Choreographer Matthew Bourne on 'A Project for Johnny' which was a collaboration between Mathew Bourne's New Adventures and Re: Bourne.

During her training Jessica performed in a variety of roles, including the cruel Lady Capulet in 'Romeo and Juliet', directed by Emily Jenkins. She also worked on the devised play 'Shrapnel' where she played 'bad girl' Harriet, a street fundraiser with an attitude, directed by Stewart Melton. Jessica also played the lover Demetrius in 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' on a tour of schools around the midlands, as part of 'Part Fools Theatre Company' which she co-founded, with director Helen Barnett (Spinx Theatre Company).

In the summer of 2016 Jessica became a member of The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, where she worked with director and writer Andy Whyment. She hopes to work closely with The Nation Youth Theatre in the coming years.

Jessica has a keen interest in musical theatre. Having been trained in singing and ballet, she wishes to continue her training further, by completing a masters in Musical Theatre.
